Moraga
The smallest of the three towns in Lamorinda, Moraga has more of a rural feel than the others and is also the farthest from Highway 24 and BART. That said, it’s still a great town to commute from and you get more affordable homes with the California Distinguished Schools the area is known for.
Moraga is home to St. Mary’s College, which was tied for 9th in the U.S. News & World Report’s Regional Universities (West) rankings and provides excellent summer camps for young people in the area.
Moraga also has the prestigious Moraga Country Club with a beautiful 18-hole golf course, tennis facilities, pool and swim team, and recently renovated clubhouse.
